In all our years of experience, while dealing with many reservations on a daily basis, we rarely face any issues that require more than minor repairs. Once we onboard your property in our system, we will provide you with a unique calendar that shows your property’s bookings. Your calendar will be updated in real-time so you will always know what is happening to your property. A detailed statement is sent to your email address on the first days of each month, as well as all the information required for taxisnet. Philoxenia will make a monthly payment to you of your rental earnings with all fees deducted.

When we manage your property, pricing is 100% our decision, but we are always happy to communicate with you and to address any questions and concerns you have regarding the performance of your property, including pricing.
